MANAGEMENT

As a Co-op we are run by and for our tenants.  Our management is led by our Management Committee and is supported by our sub-committees:  Maintenance, Membership,  Finance & Employment and Communications. We also have a Community Group to help enhance co-op life.  All committees and groups are made up of tenants. To help manage the co-op we have a Housing Manager, Glenda, who has been a key part of the Co-op since our infancy. 

Management Committee

The Management Committee is exactly that; we look after the overall management, strategic and operational side of the Co-op. Every year we hold an Annual General Meeting to discuss and vote on key issues inc appointing a Chair and Management Committee. We also hold quarterly General Members Meeting to help keep members involved and informed.
